Miguel Kozuszok

Miguel Kozuszok joined Unilever in 1981 and has assumed various positions in Argentina, United Kingdom, México and Central America. 

He began his career in the Financial Area in Argentina, and worked in different roles in Corporate, HPC and Foods businesses.

In 1993, he transferred to the United Kingdom, where he held the position of Commercial Member in Detergents. He was also a member of a number of global teams, including Laundry, Personal Wash & Household Care, and Global Buying. 

Kozuszok was Finance and IT Vice-President in Mexico from 1997 until 2000. Following that, he worked in Honduras as Managing Director of Lever Central America, the ex-Cressida group acquired by Unilever.

From January 2002-2006, as Chairman of Unilever Bestfoods, he was responsible for the Food businesses in River Plate (Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay).

In early 2007, Kozuszok became Chairman of Southern Cone, with the inclusion of Chile, and Bolivia and Peru later in 2009. Since September 2011, he has been President Latin America & Chairman Southern Cone.

Kozuszok, originally from Buenos Aires, graduated from the University of Buenos Aires as a Public Accountant, and in 2007, was honoured with the Distinguished Trajectory Award. In 2013, he was recognized with the Entrepreneur of the Year Award in “Executives of the Year” category, by Ernst & Young.
