Andrés Graziosi

Head of Pharma for Latin America & Canada, Novartis

Andrés Graziosi was appointed Head of Pharma for the Latin America & Canada (LACan) region, reporting to Paul Hudson, CEO of Novartis Pharmaceuticals, effective May 2016. As part of his role, Graziosi oversees the strategy, operations and sales of the business franchises in primary care and specialties for Novartis Pharmaceuticals in Canada and the Latin American countries. 

He joined Novartis in 2003 as Head of Financial Reporting and Analysis (FRA) in Argentina, and has progressed through roles of increasing responsibility, serving most recently as Country Head of Novartis Pharmaceuticals in Russia since 2014. 

Prior to this, Graziosi led the Novartis Pharmaceuticals organization in Argentina since 2011, where -along with his team- he achieved outstanding successes in the main areas of the business, ensuring access of innovative treatments to more Argentinian patients that may need them most. 

Since his beginnings in Novartis, Graziosi has subsequently held a number of leadership positions, including work in the Novartis Head Quarters in Basel with the Global Marketing Team in charge of developing and implementing new strategies for ophthalmology treatments. Later he served as Commercial and Access Head in Latin America. 

Prior to joining Novartis, Graziosi worked for more than 10 years as a senior manager in Pricewaterhouse- Coopers (PwC) Transaction Services. He is a Certified Public Account (CPA) and holds an MBA from ESEADE in Buenos Aires.
