General Manage of Southern Cone, Mondelez International
Antonio Mosteiro is the General Manager of Mondelez International Southern Cone, responsible for the businesses in Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay since January 2015. Southern Cone is an important cluster for Mondelez Latin America, having a leadership position in all Focus Categories: Biscuits, Gum, Candies, Chocolate and Powdered Beverages counting with a portfolio of iconic Brands like Oreo, Milka, Cadbury, Tang, Clight, Beldent, Halls and Terrabusi.
Mosteiro joined Mondelez in 2009 as Chief Financial Officer. In 2010 he added to his responsibilities the role of Chief Integrating Officer to combine the businesses of the former Kraft Foods and Cadbury Companies after the acquisition of the latest by Kraft. The successful integration of the businesses created a Snacks Powerhouse in the Southern Cone with a strong route to market, solid operational model and great pool of talented people. He was also responsible for Strategy leading the Strategic Plans and M&A activities for the Company.
In July 2013, he was named Chief Financial Officer for the Affiliate in Mexico, located in Mexico City, position he hold until he was named in his current role of General Manager for Southern Cone.
Prior to joining Mondelez, Mosteiro worked for United Technologies in Argentina, Brazil and Mexico for 12 years.
He earned a MBA degree at the CEMA University in Buenos Aires City.
